We will then arrange a conversation to understand your family, your priorities and what you would like us to handle.
How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?
The earlier the better, especially for the peak wedding season and auspicious dates, when popular venues and vendors book up quickly. That said, planning timelines vary a great deal. Get in touch with your dates and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
What does a wedding planner cost, and how are budgets discussed?
There is no fixed package. Our fees depend on the scope of work, the number of functions, the guest count and the location. We discuss budgets openly at the start, help you decide where to spend and where to save, and agree the scope and fees with you before planning begins.
Can we choose only some services rather than full planning?
Yes. Some families want us to plan everything; others want help with decor and design, venue selection or wedding-day coordination only. We will recommend the level of support that fits your plans, and you can decide what suits you.
Do you help with venue selection, and can you guarantee a venue?
We shortlist venues that suit your rituals, guest count and budget, arrange visits and support you through booking. No planner can guarantee a venue, because availability depends on the venue and your dates, so we explore options early and keep alternatives in view.
Will you coordinate with vendors we have already chosen?
Yes. We are happy to work with vendors you already trust, alongside any we recommend. We brief everyone on the same schedule and act as the single point of contact so that nothing falls between teams.
Do you plan destination weddings and handle guest travel?
Yes. We plan weddings in Jaipur, across Rajasthan, elsewhere in India and abroad, depending on your requirements. That includes guest accommodation, arrivals and transfers, local transport and hospitality. NRI families and guests travelling from overseas are welcome to plan with us remotely, with calls arranged at times that work across time zones.
